The Riquewihr Historical and Archaeological Society<\/strong> invites you to join them on Saturday, September 12<\/strong>, for its traditional annual outing to explore Rouffach and its surroundings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the morning<\/strong>, we\u2019ll set out to explore the historic center of Rouffach<\/strong>, which boasts an exceptional heritage.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon<\/strong>, we\u2019ll continue our day in Pfaffenheim<\/strong> with a visit to the ruins of St. Leonard\u2019s Chapel<\/strong>, followed by a visit to Schauenberg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will have the privilege of being accompanied and guided by Mr. Siry<\/strong>, president of the Rouffach Historical Society and former mayor of Pfaffenheim, who will share his knowledge and insights on the history and heritage of these places with us.<\/p>\n

Lunch<\/strong> will be served at the Restaurant du Schauenberg<\/strong>, a community-run restaurant managed with the help of the Sisters of Saint-Marc. It will be a friendly gathering that will also give you the chance to learn about a unique local initiative. <\/p>\n

\u2764\ufe0f This event is also an important moment for our organization.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We very much hope that many of our members will make the trip. Whether out of a love for our heritage<\/strong>, intellectual curiosity<\/strong>, or simply the pleasure of spending a day together<\/strong>\u2014but also to encourage and support the work of the volunteers<\/strong> who keep our Historical and Archaeological Society alive. <\/p>\n

Your participation directly contributes to the vitality of our organization!<\/p>\n
